Dear God,

I just wanted to take this moment to thank you for all the wonderful things you have done and given me. You have given me such a lovely family and although we may not always see eye to eye, they are everything I could ask for in a family and so much more. Thank you for my mom who’s worked so hard to put a roof over our heads, clothes on our backs, and food in our mouths. She’s getting older and isn’t well so I pray for her to get better and to finally just have some rest so she doesn’t burn herself out anymore from work. I thank you for my father, he may act oblivious at times, but I know he knows exactly what I’m up to, and I’m glad he’s understanding. I thank you for my siblings. They’re the only ones I’ve got and they’re amazing. We may fight and pick on each other but life wouldn’t be the same without them. I thank you for the rest of my family, my aunts, uncles, and especially my cousins. They’re the best, we’ve seen each other grow up to be the wonderful people we are now. Family is and will always be family, nothing will ever come before that. I’m so thankful for mine. I’m also thankful for all my friends, my acquaintances and even people who don’t like me. They have all shaped me into the person I am today, whether it was from their love or hate or their friendly hello, they’ve made an impact somehow. I know I complain that my life is boring, but I hope you know that I am truly grateful for every single thing that I have in my life. I appreciate it all. Happy Thanksgiving.
